Of the 12 Challenges in this mission, most can be completed in a single run, as long as you can commit to a stealthy pacifist run for both the flag capture sequences. In the second run, you'll be able to let your hair down a bit, and embrace Monroe's preferred (and violent) approach to complete the remaining Challenges.
