All "All The Time In The World" Challenges

There's a whopping 27 optional Challenges for "All The Time In The World", the third major mission in 007: First Light. It's impossible to complete all of them in a single run, as several of them (particularly the violence vs pacifist ones) are mutually exclusive. So to complete them all, you need to complete at least two runs of the same mission: a pacifist/stealth run, and an aggressive run filled with violence and takedowns.

Here is the full list of Challenges to complete in the main mission "All The Time In The World":

Below we'll walk you through where to go and what to do to complete every single one of these optional Challenges, so you can unlock the unique Chauffeur outfit for Bond. I've grouped together certain connected Challenges below, so that you can complete more of them in one go.

How to complete "Completionist" Challenge

As with all the mission-specific Challenges in 007: First Light, you can only complete the "Completionist" Challenge by completing every other Challenge for that mission. Doing so will unlock a unique outfit from that mission for Bond's use in TacSim mode. In this case, it's Bond's Chauffeur outfit.

How to complete "Pacifist" Challenge

To complete the "Pacifist" Challenge, you need to complete both the "Uninterrupted Service" Challenge and the "Peace Studies" Challenge. You don't have to complete both in a single run, so if you've already completed one, you can just focus on the other.

How to complete "Ghost" Challenge

The Ghost Challenge is auto-completed once you've completed both the "Squeaky Clean" and "Silent Study" Challenges. I find it's a good idea to combine these Challenges with the "Pacifist" Challenges above, so you can complete them all in a single run.

How to complete "Assault" Challenge

You can complete the "Assault" Challenge automatically by completing both the "Getting Dirty" and "Indiscrete" Challenges. If you're looking to complete every Challenge for this mission, you'll need to do multiple runs, because these Challenges can't be completed in the same run as the Pacifist Challenges.

How to complete "Press Only" Challenge

You can very easily complete the "Press Only" Challenge at the start of the mission, when you get out of the car to investigate the blond man (Checkpoint 2). Head up the first set of stairs, and then walk over to the far end of the garden, to the left of the next set of stairs. On the fence at the far end, you'll find a Press Badge stashed inside a plant pot.

Why is the Press Badge in the plant pot?...

If you go up the stairs, you can eavesdrop on a journalist to the left of the building entrance, who explains that she's waiting for her colleague to arrive and she's (unwisely, as it turns out) stashed his badge inside the plant pot for him once he arrives.

Then go up the stairs and speak with the man standing in front of the building entrance to be admitted through security as a member of the press. You'll unlock the "Press Only" Challenge upon stepping into the building.

How to complete "Self Check-In" Challenge

The other way to get into the building is to find your own way inside, rather than going through security as a member of the press. To do this, head up both sets of stairs. To the left of the entrance, you'll see a section of the fence missing where you can hang off the ledge. There's a man loitering nearby; the easiest way to distract him is to shoot him with your Dart Phone.

The player in 007: First Light heads towards a section of vaultable wall outside the main building as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission. Once the man moves, hang off the ledge and shimmy along to the left. Follow the path all the way around, up the pipe, and back to the right. You'll eventually find an open window which you can climb into, completing the "Self Check-In" Challenge.

How to complete "Lone Wolf" Challenge

Completing the Lone Wolf Challenge is as simple as never getting too close to any of your fellow 00 recruits while doing your other work. The one exception is Monroe, partway into the mission, who will find you in a scripted encounter. This doesn't affect the "Lone Wolf" Challenge.

The player in 007: First Light looks out from an interior balcony into the hall where the chess tournament is being held, as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission. It's easy to avoid the recruits, as they're all marked with a yellow marker above their heads as you get near them. Just steer clear of them all, and you'll easily complete this Challenge.

How to complete "The Manager" Challenge

I've grouped together the next three Challenges, as they all take place inside the Manager's office. Starting from the Reception room of the building, head into the corridor behind the front desk, and open the door with the "Staff Only" sign.

The player in 007: First Light heads towards some double doors with a "Staff Only" sign, as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission. The player in 007: First Light heads towards some double doors with a "Staff Only" sign, as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission.

Inside are two maids cleaning. This is a restricted area, so you'll need to sneak past, bluff, or incapacitate them however you like. Head through the door in the far right corner of the room to enter the Manager's office, instantly completing "The Manager" Challenge.

How to complete "Old School Hacking" Challenge

To complete "Old School Hacking", enter the Manager's office via the instructions above. Then simply head to the desk and read the slip of paper on the desk. It's a security note with the Laundry Code: #1805.

Simply reading the note is enough to complete the "Old School Hacking" Challenge, whether or not you end up using it.

You can complete the "Wine Connoisseur" Challenge by opening the locked safe below the desk in the Manager's office. To figure it out, inspect the various bottle of wine around the room and note their years. Then open the drawer to the side of the room and read the "Wine Tasting Notes".

Inside it'll say that the Manager's favourite is the Mont Arras Sacrimental. The code to the safe is the year of this particular wine.

The safe code is: 1952.

Inside you'll find the 6 of Roses collectible card, and a selection of wines. Opening the safe will complete the "Wine Connoisseur" Challenge.

How to complete "Bellboy Hat" Challenge

The Bellboy Hat can be found just before you enter the Laundry Room. If you haven't reached this point, don't worry - it's part of the main story path, so just keep completing objectives until you reach it.

The player in 007: First Light walks past the entrance stairs to the Laundry Room in order to find the Bellboy Hat as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission. The entrance to the Laundry Room is down a set of stairs on the left-hand side of a room, with two maids talking on the right. Before you go down the stairs, head past them and the maids, and through the door on the far side.

You can open this door with the Cellar Key, which you'll already have if you've reached this part of the mission. Immediately to your right as you open the door, there's a clothes rack containing the Bellboy Hat. Interact with it to complete the "Bellboy Hat" Challenge.

How to complete "Laundry Day" Challenge

Once you get into the Laundry Room, head to the far end of the room, and then turn right at the stacked orange crates. Around the corner is a table with two guards standing around it.

Deal with the guards however you like, and then pick up the hat on the table to don the Laundry Worker disguise, and complete the "Laundry Day" Challenge.

How to complete "Uninterrupted Service" Challenge

The "Uninterrupted Service" Challenge is one of this mission's "Pacifist" Challenges, so you should know what to expect. To complete it, you need to reach the end of the Laundry Room sequence, without harming any of the guards/workers.

There are limitless ways to do this, particularly when you factor in your watch. There are also lots of distraction opportunities in the environment, but make sure you don't knock over any storage racks if there are soldiers behind it. They'll be crushed, which doesn't play so well with our "pacifist" approach.

How to complete "Squeaky Clean" Challenge

You can easily combine the "Squeaky Clean" Challenge with the above "Uninterrupted Service" Challenge, just by ensuring you're not noticed at any point while sneaking to the end of the Laundry Room.

The only real issue here is the guard standing next to the door at the end of the sequence. It's best to save your Dart Phone for this guy to get him out of the way. Head through the door quickly, and as long as you haven't been seen you'll immediately complete the "Squeaky Clean" Challenge.

How to complete "Getting Dirty" Challenge

In a separate run, you can skip to Checkpoint 5 (The Laundry) and repeat this sequence, but defeat at least 5 of the guards while you're at it. Whether you take them down stealthily or go in guns (or fists) blazing, it's not too tricky to use aggression to make your way to the end of the Laundry Room.

How to complete "Peace Studies" Challenge

Beyond the Laundry Room, you'll at some point climb up into the Study Room. You can optionally reach the Study Room before this point, but this Challenge isn't viable until the main story path takes you there.

To complete "Peace Studies", you simply need to exit the Study Room without harming anyone. The easiest way to do this is by sneaking over to the adjoining room with the two workers. Use the vacuum cleaner to distract one, and hit the other with your Dart Phone. Then escape via the far side door.

How to complete "Silent Study" Challenge

You can complete the "Silent Study" Challenge at the same time as the "Peace Studies" Challenge, simply by following the above instructions. As long as you aren't spotted and harm no one (Darts aside), you'll complete both Challenges the moment you exit the Study Room.

How to complete "Indiscrete" Challenge

Completing the "Indiscrete" Challenge involves getting through the Study Room using aggression rather than stealth. You need to take down all 5 people (guards and workers) in both the rooms in order to complete this Challenge.

How to complete "Housekeeping" Challenge

Once you reach the point where you need to enter Room 206, you'll have several similar Challenges to complete - and you can do all of them in one run.

To complete "Housekeeping", stand outside Room 205/206 until you get the opportunity to eavesdrop on the maid nearby. After listening, you need to flip the "Do Not Disturb" sign on room 205.

There's a man who stands near the room, so you can use the vacuum cleaner nearby to distract him. Then flip the sign, and wait for the maid to notice and open the door. Follow her through to complete the "Housekeeping" Challenge.

How to complete "Do Disturb" Challenge

To complete the "Do Disturb" Challenge, you simply need to get inside Room 207. To do this, vault through the window beside the three room entrances, and follow the path around and onto the balcony of Room 207. You can then kick the balcony door open and bluff your way in to complete the Challenge.

How to complete "Elementary" Challenge

You can get into Room 206 (for the main mission) via either 205 or 207. Once you're inside, simply take your time interacting with everything in the room (including inside the bathroom). Leave the fireplace clue to last, and only head towards the door once every clue has been found to complete the "Elementary" Challenge.

How to complete "Chimera" Challenge

Follow the blond man into the dining room as part of the main mission, and then inspect the torn book page on the food trolley. The page depicts a Chimera, with body parts of a Lion, a Goat, and a Snake.

A close-up of a torn book page in 007: First Light, showing a Chimera creature as a puzzle hint in the "All The Time In The World" mission. A close-up of a torn book page in 007: First Light, showing a Chimera creature as a puzzle hint in the "All The Time In The World" mission.

Now interact with the fireplace and click on the Lion, Goat, and Snake to open the secret passage. As long as you haven't had any failed attempts before this, you'll complete the "Chimera" Challenge.

How to complete "A Beautiful Waste" Challenge

Proceed through the mission until you fight the Specialist in the Cellar. To complete the "A Beautiful Waste" Challenge, you need to destroy at least 5 of the valuable wine bottles around the room.

The player in 007: First Light throws an assailant into a glass case containing some wine in the cellar, as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission. The player in 007: First Light throws an assailant into a glass case containing some wine in the cellar, as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission.

The easiest way to do this is to grab them from the wine racks in the walls, but you can also grab the Specialist and throw him into any of the standing cases. You can then grab the wine from those cases and throw them at the Specialist.

How to complete "Floor It!" Challenge

As long as you don't crash too much, "Floor It!" is one of the easiest Challenges to complete in the "All The Time In The World" mission. Once you enter the car in pursuit of 009, all you need to do is reach top speed. Use the shortcuts whenever you see them, and try to keep your finger on the accelerator the whole way through (drifting around corners as needed).

How to complete "Firebrand" Challenge

After the car chase, you'll find yourself in your first true firefight, with yet another very easy optional Challenge. To complete "Firebrand", you simply need to shoot and destroy at least 5 explosive barrels.

The player in 007: First Light shoots an explosive barrel to cause an explosion as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission. The player in 007: First Light shoots an explosive barrel to cause an explosion as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission.

These barrels are dotted all over the battlefield, and they're often bright red, so you can't miss them. A couple of shots with any weapon will do the trick!

How to complete "No Brakes" Challenge

Once you climb inside the plane and can hack the airplane controls, you'll see that on the far side of the room there's a vehicle locked in place. Tip the plane back and forth a few times to litter the floor with guns, then pick up a gun and shoot the small red barrel on the left side of the vehicle.

The player in 007: First Light shoots an explosive barrel to destroy the brakes on the vehicle in a plane, as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission. The player in 007: First Light shoots an explosive barrel to destroy the brakes on the vehicle in a plane, as part of the "All The Time In The World" mission.

This will disable the brakes on the vehicle, allowing it to be tipped left and right by banking the plane. Doing so will complete the "No Brakes" Challenge. Incidentally, you can then use the vehicle to squish the three soldiers shooting at you - if they're not already dead, of course.

How to complete "Travelling Light" Challenge

To complete "Travelling Light", the final Challenge of the mission, head into the final room of the plane, and throw all three soldiers out of the windows. You can do this either by banking the plane left and right, or by physically grabbing them and throwing them near the windows. As long as you don't kill them any other way, you'll complete this last Challenge.

And that's that - all 27 optional Challenges in the "All The Time In The World" mission completed!
