Found just to the east of the gate leading into Hernand Castle in the grassy area off to the side of the bottom of the ramp.

Three Saints' Falls
On a small cliff overlooking the water. Very close to the northeast of Shadow's Whisper Cave.

Anvil Hill Stoneback Crab Cave
Located in the cave directly north of the Wild Raiders Camp. To get there, drop down into the hole in the massive crater and walk down the path until you run into the Nexus.

Haunted Hill (North)
In a small crater northeast of the Sanctum of Atonement. You'll need to defeat the Wandershrubs (we'd recommend using Force Palm) to claim the Nexus.

On a cliff south of the westernmost bend in the trail that branches off east of the Stormtalon Ridge Mine. Careful - you'll run into quite a few foes on your way here!

Just outside of the gate near the wooden fence. On the map, south of the Hernand North Gate in the circle formed by the path.
Hills of No Return (East)
Just off the path and surrounded by some crumbled stone walls. Northeast of Arboria Castle and southwest of Grey Rock Dock.

Thinker's Meadow
On the edge of a cliff between two trees. Also surrounded by flowers. This Nexus is initially covered in vines, and you'll need to use Blinding Flash and Focus Light to burn the vines away. After that, you'll need to use the Abyss Transporter item to repair it. (Keep in mind that the Howling Hill is only about 200m away, so this might not be the best use of your Abyss Transporter.)
