📱 MobileKickabout Table Football sees the former lead designer of Guitar Hero tackle casual sports on iOS
With the World Cup right around the corner, it won't surprise you to learn that there are a great many exciting new football-based games and updates coming out right now. But even I was surprised to learn about the pedigree of today's release, Kickabout Table Football on iOS, which was developed by former Guitar Hero lead designer Rob Kay! Kickabout Table Football aims for a more casual experience than other, more simulationist takes. Playable on both iPhone and iPad, you control your chosen footballer by simply dragging them around to manipulate the ball. It's easy to learn, but the physics-based approach means you'll have plenty to master as well. You can find Kickabout available free-to-play, with an optional purchase to remove ads on iOS. ... 📱 MobileSword x Staff, the newly released idle RPG, is teaming up with Konosuba for a new collab
If you've been living under a rock (or simply don't watch as much YouTube as I do), you probably haven't yet heard of Sword x Staff. But this idle anime RPG has been making the rounds on the ad circuit quite frequently. And now, even sceptical players might have a reason to give it a go thanks to a brand-new collaboration with Konosuba! Now on its third season, Konosuba and its wacky isekai action has been a frequent star of many mobile game collabs. As you might expect, this new event in Sword x Staff (which runs until June 15th), you'll be able to nab the core four members of the Konosuba crew, Megumin, Kazuma, Darkness and Aqua, as part of your lineup, not to mention the humble familiar Chomusuke. ... 📱 MobileAmong the Sleep takes you on a nightmare journey of survival, out now on mobile
It's often said that true survival horror only takes place when you're absolutely helpless. That means no weapons, no gadgets and certainly no boulder punching. And while I might dispute that myself, the newly released Among the Sleep undoubtedly takes that idea to its logical endpoint. Because in Among the Sleep you don't play a special forces operative or a lone cop. You don't even play as a reluctant survivor. Instead, you're a toddler who, finding themselves alone in their house, must escape from terrifying monsters. Fortunately, you're aided by your loyal, animated Teddy who'll help light the way and guide you to safety. ... MORE(https://www.pocketgamer.com/among-the-sleep/out-now-on-mobile/)

For the longest time, it seemed that, after a disastrously received final season, the Game of Thrones goose was officially cooked (on television at least). But thanks to both House of the Dragon and acclaimed miniseries A Knight of Seven Kingdoms, Game of Thrones has once more become a household name. Now, you can step into the pivotal moment of the Targaryen Civil War and take control of the dragon-riding dynasty for yourself with the release of new 4X mobile spinoff Game of Thrones: Dragonfire. It's the usual attempt to claim the Iron Throne and secure control of Westeros to yourself, but unlike the mud-'n-blood battles of Game of Thrones, this is dragon-riding fantasy at its finest. ... Skeletor: Until Next Time is available now on iOS and Android, and sees you taking on the role of the campy He-Man villain as he, well, runs for it. 📱 Mobile, Multi-platformA New Game Of Thrones Game Is Out Today On Mobile
Warner Bros. Games and HBO have released a new Game of Thrones game. Game of Thrones: Dragonfire is a free-to-play mobile game based on the prequel series House of the Dragon. A strategy game set 172 years before Daenerys Targaryen was born, Dragonfire is developed by Warner Bros. Games Boston and takes inspiration from events from the TV series. You play as a Valyrian descendant who has to hatch, raise, and fly dragons in battle to dominate Westeros. The game features familiar characters from the show--including Rhaenyra Targaryen and Alicent Hightower--as well as original characters created for the game, and like the show, players need to strategize and form alliances to come out on top. Check out a new "Let's Play" video for the game below, featuring Lord Corlys Velaryon actor Steve Toussaint. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5LMBhIUJ4w Dragonfire lets players journey through "campaigns," which are described as "epic scenarios" that last around eight weeks, with different objectives and story moments in each. Each stage of a campaign only lasts for a set time, so players are driven to stay engaged. Each campaign has specific goals that players can strive for to get more powerful dragons to help in future, more challenging campaigns. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7SI4Dzxeg You can read more about Dragonfire on its website(https://gotdragonfire.com/news). It's just the latest Game of Thrones game for mobile, following Game of Thrones: Conquest. “We’re thrilled to bring Game of Thrones: Dragonfire to mobile players with an immersive strategy experience that is very authentic to House of the Dragon,” said JB Perrette, CEO and President, Global Streaming and Games, Warner Bros. Discovery. “Our Warner Bros. Boston team did an amazing job creating a game true to the Game of Thrones world for fans, inviting them to build their legacy, forge alliances, and define their own battle for Westeros.” Game of Thrones is one of four major pillars that WB Games is focusing on going forward(https://www.gamespot.com/articles/batman-game-publisher-undergoes-major-shakeup/1100-6532546/), the others behind DC, Harry Potter, and Mortal Kombat. WB Games parent company Warner Bros. Discovery has entered into a deal to be acquired by Paramount(https://www.gamespot.com/gallery/netflix-could-own-all-these-warner-bros-game-studios-soon/2900-7310/), and the acquisition is said to close this year. It remains to be seen what changes, if any, are planned for WB Games as a result of the buyout.

📱 MobileKaiju No. 8's chapter 12 update ties into the anime with new version of Gen Narumi
One of the more interesting approaches taken by Kaiju No. 8 The Game (although it's not the only one to do so) has been to tie its many content drops into the ongoing anime.
