📱 MobileCall of Duty: Mobile lets you grab an endoskeleton skin and themed weapons in Terminator 2 collaboration event
They say the second time's the charm, and for Terminator 2: Judgement Day that's certainly true. Arnie's second outing as the T-800 was a huge success, and even now makes frequent appearances in games such as Raid Rush and State of Survival. Now, it's Call of Duty: Mobile getting the rub with their seventh season, Terminated. Call of Duty: Mobile season seven, Terminated, which launches August 5th, introduces a themed event that tasks you with collecting Cyberdyne Tech. There's 15 exciting rewards on offer, but the culmination is the Blackjack - Endoskeleton operator skin to let you really embody the terrifying Skynet infiltrator in all its shiny chrome glory. ... 📱 MobileMonopoly Go's collabs with The Looney Tunes for their Happy Harvest season
Whether it's The Simpsons or Star Wars, Scopely haven't been shy about getting big names to collaborate with their hit mobile adaptation, Monopoly Go. Now, it's the animated icons, the Looney Tunes, that are making an appearance, with everyone from Daffy Duck to Bugs Bunny popping up across the board until September 23rd! The collaboration is part of the new Happy Harvest season, which allows you to grow crops on the game board as you roll. You can then either cash them in or keep holding on for even more rewards. The Porky's Cafe feature, meanwhile, lets you fulfil requests from Looney Tunes characters to acquire stickers that can then be turned in for further rewards. ... 📱 MobileTitan Revenge Mobile combines the best of both Greek and Norse worlds in an action-packed MMORPG, out now on Android
If you've been looking for a refreshing twist on the typical role-playing game, Game Hollywood might have just the thing to satisfy your craving. In particular, its Greek mythology-themed MMORPG, Titan Revenge Mobile, is now officially available on Android. Before anything else, it's worth knowing just how much of a legacy Titan Revenge has with its strong player base. This all started from the OG browser version (released in 2023), and with the launch on mobile, players can now experience the MMORPG on a different platform. And before you dismiss it as yet another fantasy adventure in the genre, it's actually got a healthy mix of mythological mayhem to spice things up. ... 📱 MobileCookieRun: Crumble sees you taking charge of a cookie army using idle RPG sensibilities
Following the start of pre-registration a month ago, CookieRun: Crumble is now available for iOS and Android. This time, Devsisters are diving into the idle RPG world, and, given the quality of their previous games, I'm hoping it'll be notably better than Digimon Up. Yes, I'm sure I'll stop being salty about that one eventually. But today is not that day. Anyway, CookieRun: Crumble is now here, meaning you can collect your favourite characters all over again, albeit alternate-universe versions of them. And, as usual, you'll be battling against the forces of evil because the stakes are fairly high here, particularly considering your army is made up of various desserts and their pets. Yeah, that's right. There are pets to collect as well. ... MORE(https://www.pocketgamer.com/cookierun-crumble/out-now-ios-android/)
📱 MobileTalking Tom Gold Run adds a new survival arena mode in massive 10-year anniversary update
Ten years in the land of mobile is no easy feat, which is why Outfit7 is celebrating Talking Tom Gold Run's 10th anniversary with something that's definitely out of the ordinary. In particular, the endless runner is taking the titular gold run into more competitive territory with a new Arena Wipeout mode, which adds high-stakes survival to the franchise's decade-old legacy. That doesn't mean, of course, that Talking Tom Gold Run is shifting gears, so to speak. The mode still has you running to win - only this time, it's in five-lane arenas where you'll have to face environmental hazards left and right. Each run goes on for multiple rounds until everyone else has been eliminated and only one runner remains - and if that happens to be you, then you get to reap the rewards of all your efforts. ... 📱 MobileGunship Battle: Total Warfare lets you pilot a Veritech Fighter against the Zentraedi forces in new Robotech crossover
It's easy to restrict Gunship Battle: Total Warfare within the confines of modern warfare, but Joycity has something else in mind for its military strategy game. In particular, you can look forward to diving into the sci-fi world of Robotech in the latest crossover event, with two campaigns to sink your teeth into. The first phase has already kicked off and will run until August 19th, and as you might expect, there's a new narrative to discover themed around restoring the SDF-1 to its former glory. You'll then duke it out against the Zentraedi forces in this cross-genre collab, with the VF-1A, VF-1J, and VF-1S Veritech debuting as new units. ... 📱 MobileCase Solved: The London Files puts you in the shoes of a detective, solving puzzles to catch crimimals
The point-and-click adventure is having a moment on mobile right now. We've already had the excellent Wish Upon a Cat and Shelter from the Storm, with Servant of the Lake just around the corner. And if your list wasn't big enough already, you can add Minimol Games' Case Solved: The London Files to it since that launched for iOS and Android today. It sees you heading to The Big Smoke to solve a string of crimes. Nothing too surprising there. However, don't expect some grim affair. Well, apart from the perpetual fog and gaslight, of course. Aside from that, Case Solved leans on the cosy end of the detective spectrum and doesn't try to rush your deduction either. ... MORE(https://www.pocketgamer.com/case-solved/out-now-ios-android/)
📱 MobileOld School RuneScape gives you new island Wyrmscraig to explore, including a new boss battle and activity
Today is a big day for RuneScapers (I assume that's what you're all called) because not only is there a new area, but it comes from one of your own. Wyrmscraig, a new, dangerous island, is now available to explore. The cool detail, though, is that it was created by OSRS player ScreteMonge or Gnome, as you might know him. His idea for a new location was part of the Player-Designed Island Competition, which took place earlier this year. While it might not have the most exciting name ever, I think it's a lovely concept for a contest. Players who have spent hours upon hours in Jagex's MMO will undoubtedly have plenty of great ideas, so it's brilliant to see at least one person have that officially realised. ... 📱 MobilePokémon Go will close out this year's Go Fest with the Mega Finale event in September
While Pokémon Go Fest has started drawing to a close for another year, it's not quite over yet. Scopely Explore (formerly Niantic) has revealed we'll get one more event on September 5th and 6th called the Mega Finale. Now, I don't know about you, but I highly suspect that will involve a few Mega Pokémon... Silliness aside, details are non-existent at the moment beyond the date and title. More information is expected soon, leaving us to speculate in the meantime. And speculate I shall. I imagine we'll see some of the Mega Evolutions from Legends Z-A get added. A few have already debuted, such as Mega Falinks, Mega Skarmory, and Mega Dragonite, but there's still plenty left. Mega Chandelure, maybe? ... 📱 MobileNetflix Minigolf challenges you to score across Squid Game's arenas and amidst Demogorgons in a new phone-as-controller TV game
There seems to be something in the water, as we've been seeing a lot of phone-as-controller releases on mobile lately. There's Batman and He-Man joining the bandwagon, Eterspire making the leap, and Netflix itself going Unhinged. Honestly, it's too often to be considered a coincidence now, and perhaps it's something we might see even more of in the next few months - but for now, there's Netflix Minigolf as the latest in the trend! This chaotic party game is, as you might expect, riddled with different golf courses you can take on. The twist is that these are all themed after Netflix franchises, which I just think is an ingenious move. Imagine swinging away while Demogorgons from Stranger Things make a mess of your ball, or trying to score a hole-in-one across Squid Game's deadly arenas. ...
