All outfits in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced
Summary

If you're looking for a list of all outfits in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, you've come to the right place. Thus far, we've counted 37 outfits for Edward Kenway, ranging from reskinned classics returning from the original 2013 version of Black Flag, to some striking new duds only available as DLC purchases.
Black Flag Resynced also brings an important change when it comes to these costumes. Unlike the original game, Resynced's outfits are 100% cosmetic, and any in-game benefits that they may have provided over a decade ago are instead granted via equippable trinkets.
That said, Assassin's Creed has always been renowned as a fashionable franchise full of cool-looking killers in sweet hoods. This jaunt through the Caribbean is no different. Read on for a complete rundown of all 37 outfits in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, along with screenshots and detailed info on how to obtain them.

All outfits in Black Flag Resynced
Outfits in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced can be acquired from quests in the main story, by completing side quests, as purchases via shops and the Treasure Dealer, from treasure chests, and as DLC from the Animus Hub and the in-game store.
We've split the following tables and screenshots up by category, so click on the outfit you're interested in for more info, and use our handy checklist system to ensure that you can collect them all
Main story outfits
The following outfits can be found by simply playing through the main campaign of Black Flag Resynced.
Duncan Walpole's Robes
You'll get this outfit shortly after you face down Duncan Walpole in the opening prologue. Kill him and steal his clothes in search of better fortunes. It's a decent outfit, but Edward has yet to make it his own.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Edward Kenway's Robes
This outfit is obtained during The Treasure Fleet, a mission that occurs at the end of Sequence 2. This is Edward's iconic Assassin garb, modified from Duncan Walpole's outfit. A timeless suit.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Foreign Diplomat Disguise
Edward steals these fancy duds from the Italian diplomat Ruggiero Ferraro while undertaking A Governor No Longer, a mission during Sequence 12. Cool threads, but they aren't very pirate-y.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Side quest outfits
The following outfits can be found by completing specific side quests in Black Flag Resynced, or by focusing on other optional content such as Assassin Contacts.
Edward the Legend Outfit
If you finish the Former Glories side quest, which involves upgrading all of the buildings in Great Inagua and restoring your Hideout to its full potential, you'll get this garb. Very flashy!
Mark outfit as obtained.
Master Assassin Outfit
Finish the Art Lover quest by collecting 30 art pieces, and Bernard the Butler gives you this classy black garb. Art pieces can be found in chests, in warehouses, and as booty from enemy ships.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Mayan Outfit
Refer to our guide on how to get the Mayan armor for clues on solving all of the Mayan puzzles that lead to this neat costume. Cultural appropriateness aside, it's a great design that just needs a hood.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Stealth Outfit
Complete 15 out of the 30 Assassin Contracts that you can find in each town to get this sneaky outfit, which kind of makes Edward blend in a tad more (if it weren't for the two guns on his chest).
Mark outfit as obtained.
Templar Armor
This "damn fine gear" requires you to finish the side quest of the same name by obtaining all 4 Templar Keys and opening the room in Edward's Manor. Great look (those Templars dress well), though I do miss the hood.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Haytham Kenway's Overcoat
This is the coat worn by Edward's future son, who grew up to eventually join the Templars, sadly. You'll need to hang all 11 character portraits (usually found during quests) in Edward's Manor to get this one.
Mark outfit as obtained.

The following outfits can be purchased from shops or the Treasure Dealer, after he is unlocked by upgrading the Great Inagua Hideout.

| Pirate Cloak | 600 Reales via any a tier 1 general store or the Hideout |
| Politician's Outfit | 3,000 Reales via a tier 2 general store or the Hideout |
| Privateer Outfit | 3,000 Reales via a tier 2 general store or the Hideout |

Feline Pelt Outfit
Skin enough cats - specifically 2 Ocelot Pelt, 6 Jaguar Pelt, 1 White Jaguar Pelt, and 2 Black Jaguar Pelt - and the Treasure Dealer can give you this fetching feline fur suit.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Merchant Outfit
Upgrade the general store in Great Inagua to its second tier to get the Merchant Outfit, which costs 3,000 Reales. A nice choice if you don't mind the yellow.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Pirate Cloak
The Pirate Cloak only costs 600 Reales from any merchant, and it's almost the same as the Brown Cloak except for the inclusion of a big (and gaudy, in my eyes) skull and bones on the back.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Politician's Outfit
An upgraded general store merchant will sell this outfit for 3,000 Reales. It's similar to Duncan Walpole's robes, only green instead of blue.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Privateer Outfit
Another outfit that can be bought for 3,000 Reales from an upgraded general store. Simple and clean, though as far as black outfits go the Master Assassin one ranks slightly higher in my book.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Shark-Hunter Outfit
Trade the Treasure Dealer 1 Great White Shark Bone, 2 Bull Shark Skin, and 2 Hammerhead Shark Bone to get this garb fit for an expert harpoon-thrower.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Whaler Outfit
Similar to the Shark-Hunter outfit, but for those who prefer hunting whales instead of sharks. This garb costs 2 Killer Whale Skin and 2 Humpback Whale Skin.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Treasure Chest outfits
The following outfits can be obtained within Treasure Chests scattered throughout Black Flag Resynced's world.
| Outfit name | How to Get |
|---|---|
| Brown Cloak | Found inside a chest in Havana (204, 572) |
| Captain Drake's Outfit | Found inside an underwater chest near Sacrifice Island (23, 552) |
| Captain Morgan's Redingote | Found inside a chest on Black Island (915, 618) |
| Crimson Cloak | Get the map from the warehouse in northwest Havana, then dig up the outfit at Anotto Bay smuggler's hideout (590, 245) |
| Explorer Outfit | Dive down to an unmarked underwater chest northeast of the Corozal camp in the Chinchorro region (28, 293) |
| Governor's Outfit | Get the map from the warehouse in southern Nassau, then dig up the outfit at Isla Providencia (487, 11) |
| Officer's Outfit | Found inside a chest in Príncipe (116, 11) |
| Pirate Captain Outfit | Find a treasure map in Corozal (30, 230), then dig up a chest at Ambergris Key (30, 157) |
| Shade and Shadow Robes | Restore the Preserved Map via the Treasure Dealer, then dig up the chest on Sacrifice Island (14, 554) |
| Stede Bonnet's Attire | Found inside a chest on Mystery Island (913, 123) |
Brown Cloak
Found early on in a Havana chest at 204, 572, I like this getup a lot. There's something about that brown leather atop Edward's standard appearance that adds an undeniable coolness.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Captain Drake's Outfit
Supposedly once the property of English explorer Sir Francis Drake, this set of clothes looks darn good on Edward. Dive to an underwater chest near Sacrifice Island around 23, 552 to find it.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Captain Morgan's Redingote
If you like a floppy hat and some dashing red, then perhaps Captain Morgan's costume will match your design sense. You'll need to reach Black Island and crack open a chest around 915, 618.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Crimson Cloak
Another outfit that's similar to the good ol' Brown Cloak, but red instead of brown.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Explorer Outfit
This one's pretty great, and somewhat reminiscent of Altaïr's costume without costing anything. Simply go diving for an unmarked underwater chest in the Chinchorro region around 28, 293.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Governor's Outfit
Refer to our guide on the Isla Providencia Treasure Map to get this outfit, which can ultimately be found at 487, 11, but not before you acquire the map.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Officer's Outfit
The Officer's Outfit hides within a treasure chest in Príncipe (116, 11). It's a decent choice if you want to try to blend in with the Royal Army.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Pirate Captain Outfit
Obtain the Ambergris Key Treasure Map and dig up the chest at 30, 157 to get this suit. I get this one confused with the Privateer and Master Assassin outfits, honestly.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Shade and Shadow Robes
Restore the Preserved Map and unearth the chest on Sacrifice Island around 14, 554 to acquire these sleek robes. Our guide on how to restore the Preserved Map has more info.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Stede Bonnet's Attire
Want to look like a true gentleman pirate? Don your buddy Stede Bonnet's clothes by finding this Mystery Island chest at 913, 123.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Animus Hub/DLC outfits
The following outfits are DLC that can be obtained via real-world money in either the Animus Hub or the in-game store.
Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad's Robes
Honour the star of the first Assassin's Creed with Altaïr's robes, which will cost you 3,000 Keys in the Animus Hub. Assuming those upcoming rumours of an AC1 remake are true, this outfit may be coming back sooner rather than later...
Mark outfit as obtained.
Connor's Outfit
Worn by Edward's grandson, Connor Kenway, in Assassin's Creed III, this is my favourite AC outfit. Alas, I'm not sure if Edward's shoulders are broad enough to pull it off. Anyway, the cost is 3,000 Keys.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Dragonscale Armor
You'll need to drop real cash to get the Dragonscale Armor by buying the Dragon Storm character pack, which is $9.99/£8.99. Perhaps worth it if you want Edward to look like a Black Myth: Wukong character.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Ezio Auditore's Robes
Of course you'd be able to unlock the outfit of Ezio, master assassin and still the face of this franchise in the eyes of many fans. Once again, the Animus Hub price is 3,000 Keys.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Hellion Armor
This lava-dripping suit is supremely immersion-breaking in my opinion, but if you care not, purchase the Hellfire character pack for $9.99/£8.99.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Master Assassin Robes
Buying the Deluxe edition or the Master Assassin character pack ($9.99/£8.99) gets you these robes, which differ from the regular Master Assassin clothes by offering up a touch of gold. Clearly the classiest option out of all of the DLC costumes currently available.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Naoe's Robes
If you've got Assassin's Creed Shadows, you can get Naoe's Robes for Edward by reaching level 12 in the Riptides Animus Project. Projects are repeatable instances that reset regularly; search for Anomalies on the map to partake in them.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Nomad's Bronze Ensemble
You can currently claim this for free by opening the Black Flag Resynced in-game store. It's a good reward! (Ubisoft being generous? Who would've guessed!)
Mark outfit as obtained.
Stormfury Shroud
The Stormfury Shroud makes Edward look like a glow-in-the-dark Skull and Bones baddie. Get it by buying the Sea Serpent character pack for $9.99/£8.99.
Mark outfit as obtained.
Yasuke's Yoroi
Like the Mayan outfit, this one's a little questionable to see Edward wearing. But hey, if you want samurai Edward, then you can get this suit by reaching level 12 in the Undertow Animus Project. Once again, search for Anomalies on the map to partake in Projects.
Mark outfit as obtained.
