If you want the best Handiwork Pal in the game, you'll want a Solenne. We explain where to find it in the wild and how to breed it in our guide.
If you're looking to make a super efficient base in Palworld, you'll want a Solenne, which has the highest base Handiwork skill level in the game. It starts at a whopping level eight Handiwork, but this Pal isn't readily available until end-game, so you can either wait until then or do some breeding.
Below we explain where to find Solenne in the wild and how to breed a Solenne in Palworld.
Where to find Solenne in Palworld
Solenne is only found in the World Tree area. To unlock this area, you'll need to defeat all eight of the tower bosses in the Palpagos Islands, and complete the story missions that will eventually lead you to Panthalus. After getting Panthalus, you'll be able to access the World Tree area.
Once you're in the World Tree, you can find Solenne roaming around on the west, green side of the map.

If you're not here yet in the story, you can breed one, but it still requires you to be pretty far in the game.
How to breed a Solenne in Palworld
At level 19, you'll be able to unlock the Breeding Farm using ancient technology points. Using this farm, you can place two Pals here along with a cake, and they'll create an egg.
There are a lot of combinations that can potentially create a Solenne egg, but the "easiest" combination is a Blazamut and Frostallion, as you can just catch these straight-up. Other combinations involve even more late-game Pals (like Jetragon) or involve Pals that are found in the World Tree — so at that point, you might as well catch one in the above location. You can find Blazamut on Flamepulse Islet and Frostallion as an Alpha Pal boss in the snowy mountains in the north:

There's also an Alpha Blazamut on Mount Obsidian if that's more your thing.
If you don't mind doing a lot of breeding, you can also use Moldron Cryst and Jormuntide Ignis. You will need to do a series of breeding, allowing you to functionally get a Solenne as soon as you're strong enough to handle Mount Obsidian. You'll need to breed the following chain:
- Reptyro + Foxcicle = Reptyro Cryst
- Moldron + Reptyro Cryst = Moldron Cryst
- Jormuntide + Blazehowl = Jormuntide Ignis

You can bypass this a little bit, as Jormuntide Ignis and Reptyro Cryst can be found on Feybreak Island, but if you're looking to get your hands on a Solenne earlier, you'll need to find all five of these.
