How to Fast Travel between Viewpoints
To Fast Travel in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, open your map and navigate the cursor to any of the Synchronized Viewpoints that you've previously visited. Hit the Fast Travel prompt, and voilà! Remember, these viewpoints need to be Synchronized in order to actually use them, and Synchronized Viewpoints will be yellow instead of white.

Fast Travel is also disabled until you progress through the main campaign and finish the mission This Tyro Captain in Sequence 3. You should still make a habit of unlocking Viewpoints when you see them prior to this mission, but you won't be able to Fast Travel between them until this mission is complete.
