Austin Abrams' character, Bryan, has found himself in a seemingly deserted street in Raccoon City, but it's not long before infected members of the town are literally hurling themselves at him from rooftops--and yes, there's a LOT of blood. Gundam doesn't have the best track record when it comes to video games, but could Gundam: Rogue Orbit change all that? Hunter's Moon
And now for something completely new! Hunter's Moon is a first-person historical folk-horror game, coming to PS5 on October 26.

It wouldn't be a State of Play without an action-packed anime-inspired game, and Rev. Noir looks like it fits that bill. This RPG from Konami follows a young boy named Asch on a journey to stop the lightfall, a catastrophe that kills all it touches.

Rhapsody in Scarlet
Another new game from Konami is Rhapsody in Scarlet, a jazzy adventure set in 1920s New York. As the young magus Ellie Myers, it's up to you to stop a threat that endangers the entire world--and we're not talking about the proliferation of horrible jazz music.

PlayStation Plus updates
Mycopunk will be added to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for Extra and Premium subscribers. The PlayStation Classics library is also being updated over the next couple of months, as Mega Man X Command Mission, Dino Crisis 2, and Ratchet and Clank will be added to it.

Grand Theft Auto 6 limited-edition DualSense controllers are on the way
And they look alright! You can choose between a white or a black DualSense controller, and each one features a shimmering, iridescent finish, textured palm-leaf details, and official GTA 6 branding. Preorders start September 10, and the controllers will start shipping out on November 19.

The Unknown Journey of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake trilogy is coming to an end, as Final Fantasy 7 Revelation officially launches on April 8, 2027. I'm not going to pretend that the naming convention for the Fate series games makes any sense, but they continue to look like fun RPGs. This is a remake of the first Fates game, which originally debuted in 2010, and it includes an expanded scenario, completely overhauled character graphics, and a highly strategic, deck-building, dramatic command battle system, all on top of enhanced visuals. It's out on January 28, 2027.
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World
Need a Pokemon-like game on PS5? Then check out the next entry in the Dragon Quest series, as you'll get to take control of Monster Wranglers as they embark on an adventure through a mysterious world alongside their newly acquired monsters.

You're probably going to want to avoid this game if you have a fear of heights! Where the Seeds Fall follows a soldier who goes against orders and adopts a cursed child, and together, the two descend the World Tree as they uncover the truth of the world--one leap of faith at a time.

Digimon: Time Stranger - A Hero's Eternal Legacy expansion
Digimon: Time Stranger was one of our favorite games of last year, and we're pretty chuffed to see that more content is on the way for it. Set three years after the events of the game, A Hero's Eternal Legacy is a new expansion that launches in 2027.
