The new Designed for Xbox 25th Anniversary collection features a handful of limited edition gadgets available for pre-order today. Paying homage to the Halo special edition of the original Xbox, almost everything in the collection is translucent “OG Green,” matching the Xbox Series X25 limited edition console it announced in June at E3. That includes 25th anniversary versions of the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse, Razer BlackWidow V4 75% gaming keyboard, and Razer Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed earbuds.

There’s also a translucent green 8BitDo Ultimate charging dock for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One controllers, along with a translucent green GameSir X5 Lite for Xbox mobile controller.

Besides a black PowerA sling bag, the only thing in the collection that isn’t translucent green is a special edition of the Backbone Pro mobile controller. Following a translucent green version released last year, this edition comes in clear, translucent blue, and translucent orange. It’s a blind box, though, so you could end up with any of the three colors.

Metro 2039 Trailer Offers Another Haunting Look At Gameplay

!Game Informer News(https://gameinformer.com/sites/default/files/styles/bodydefault/public/2026/08/25/203c8a75/metro2039-onl-2026.jpg.webp) Metro 2039 got a new trailer showing off fresh gameplay while providing a new, harrowing glimpse of its narrative and protagonist. The fourth mainline entry in the Metro series was revealed back in April(https://gameinformer.com/preview/2026/04/16/grim-fiction-inspired-by-darker-realities), and unfolds years after Metro: Exodus. We still don't know much about the overall plot other than that the protagonist, known as The Stranger, must survive the dangers of the irradiated surface as well as threats hiding in the underground metro tunnels. Like previous Metro titles, 2039 blends first-person shooting with survival mechanics and elements of horror. Check out the game's latest trailer below. Metro 2039 is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in February, but it does not have an exact release date.

Exodus, The New Sci-Fi RPG From Former BioWare Devs, Finally Gets A Launch Date

Archetype Entertainment has just given players another glimpse of its upcoming third-person sci-fi RPG, Exodus(https://www.gamespot.com/games/exodus/), via a new trailer revealed during the Gamescom Opening Night Live(https://www.gamespot.com/articles/gamescom-opening-night-live-2026-all-the-biggest-announcements-games-and-trailers/) ceremony. Even better, the trailer ended with a release date announcement: Exodus is set to launch for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on April 7. Exodus' new cinematic gameplay trailer introduces Salt, a companion character who joins the player's party as a skilled mercenary with expertise in long-range sniping. But Salt's most striking feature isn't her prowess in battle—it's the fact that she's a talking octopus who pilots an oversized mech suit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YC35xzlYrDc Salt is an Awakened—a special type of animal that can communicate with humans—and can easily keep up with Exodus' player-character, Jun Aslan, in combat. In the new trailer, Jun and Salt join forces with Emrys (a member of a mysterious hivemind-like species called the Deva) to take on enemies. Emrys can be seen draining power from enemy combatants and transforming it into protection for Jun and Salt, while Salt can be seen deploying inky smokescreens that allow her to reposition herself easily. Together, the trio defeat their attackers, but face a greater enemy: Time. Exodus features Interstellar-style time dilation. A few years in space for Salt is equal to 87 years away from her home planet. In Exodus, players must make decisions that will affect humanity for generations to come. Exodus is available to wishlist now on the PlayStation Store(https://store.playstation.com/en-us/concept/10013615), Xbox Store(https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/exodus/9nzrhch0pl9b), Steam(https://store.steampowered.com/app/3230960/EXODUS/), and the Epic Games Store(https://store.epicgames.com/p/exodus-67511f). Archetype Entertainment has implemented wishlist milestones for Exodus(https://www.exodusgame.com/en-US/news/new-wishlist-rewards-first-milestone-achieved), which has already surpassed its first goal of 500,000 wishlist additions, unlocking a Celestial Star Map Decoration for players' in-game apartment, a new batch of concept art, and the first available Exodus music track, "Elegy for a Forgotten World(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4-TnnQQmME)." Other upcoming milestone rewards include cosmetic skins, a Salt-focused story cinematic, and more tracks from the Exodus OST.
