Anomaly Cafe is the latest of a wave of Anomaly games to hit Roblox this year, well and truly cementing my belief that we're living through Anomaly hunting Summer. This time around, you play as the owner of a cute cafe frequented by nice little animal friends. Nice little animal friends that could actually, in fact, be disgusting, putrid monsters from the dark beyond, who can split their heads in half to expose a jaw full of sharp teeth.
In other words, it's very similar to Animal Hospital, with the goal being to serve customers and survive your shifts while rooting out any Anomalies and denying them service. To help you achieve that goal, we've compiled a list of every Anomaly in Anomaly Cafe, so you'll know what to look out for and how to survive any threat that approaches the counter.

General Anomalies

Below, we've listed all of the Anomalies that don't focus on specific customer appearances. Further down the page, we'll list all the customers you should probably be wary of.
Staring At Camera
| Evidence of Anomaly | When pulling up the CCTV camera, the customer will stare directly at the camera, making eye contact with you. |

Camera ghosts
| Evidence of Anomaly | When pulling up the CCTV camera, you'll notice the customer is either a white or black spirit. |

Rotating customer
| Evidence of Anomaly | When pulling up the CCTV camera, you'll notice that the customer is rotating 360 degrees and T-posing. |

Fake Urgent Orders
| Evidence of Anomaly | Occasionally, when getting a guest with an Urgent Order, you'll spot the customer making the order is an Anomaly. They'll either look wrong, do weird things on camera, or just say ominous nonsense. Another good hint to look out for is the order being listed strangely on the order board. The most memorable example for me was a pancake simply being listed as "flour." |

Ominous dialogue
| Evidence of Anomaly | When the customer is ordering, you'll occasionally notice they speak weirdly. Whether they're saying "we can't wait to eat this” while dining alone, or they’re very gassed up to taste those human foods they like to enjoy, those are shutter-closing words around these parts, partner. |

Broken freezer valve
| Evidence of Anomaly | Occasionally, a valve in the freezer will burst, flooding the room with water. Quickly fix it. |
| How to Thwart | Approach the valve when it bursts and interact with it, playing a short mini-game to fix the leak. |
Blackout
| Evidence of Anomaly | Occasionally, the lights and power in the cafe will switch off, causing your Cafe Reputation to plummet. If you head to the back of the restaurant, you'll see a creature smashing its head against the fuse box. |
| How to Thwart | Remove the creature from the fuse box and complete the mini-game to rewire the fuse box and get the lights back on. |
The Fly
| Evidence of Anomaly | Occasionally, you'll find a fly in the kitchen, zooming around and spreading his disgusting fly juices over all your food. |

Human Eyes
| Evidence of Anomaly | If a customer approaches the booth with human eyes in beady little sockets, they're an Anomaly. |

Meat Man
| Evidence of Anomaly | If a customer made entirely of meat approaches the counter, he's an Anomaly... and probably a health violation. |

Mask Salesman
| Evidence of Anomaly | If a customer with the same face as Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask's mask salesman approaches the counter, he's an Anomaly. For those who haven't played, that's basically a big, cheesy grin and squinting eyes. |

Smiler
| Evidence of Anomaly | If a customer with small white eyes and a big smile enters the cafe, he's an Anomaly. |

Cyclops
| Evidence of Anomaly | If a customer with one giant eyeball in the centre of his face enters the cafe, he's an Anomaly. |

Agape mouth
| Evidence of Anomaly | If a customer with an open mouth and sunken eyes enters the cafe, you've got another Anomaly on your hands. |

Hollow eyes
| Evidence of Anomaly | If a customer with large black eyes and a wide mouth with sharp teeth arrives at the counter, that's an Anomaly. |
