Help your community in ‘Kitch Witch’

Kitch Witch is a wholesome, cozy life sim with RPG elements, where you play as a friendly witch who is looking to help out all of the various people in your town. Different members of your community come to your shop in need of potions to feel better. You’ll need to do your best to help them.

Creating potions in Kitch Witch is as easy as grabbing some of your ingredients off of the shelf, chopping or processing them, and stirring them into your potion pot. There is a book of different potion recipes, which do let you know what they are needed for and what to look for in your customers. This is very helpful!

When someone comes to your shop, they aren’t quite sure what is wrong with them. It’s up to you to examine these patients, figure out what they symptoms are, and then create the best potion for them. Some might not even have money, which brings about some interesting decisions. Also, items are limited in Kitch Witch, so you might need to be careful who you treat!

Alongside making potions, you do need to restock your items. This is done through foraging outside your shop; grabbing the items you need and bringing them back. The day itself is split into different sections, giving you time to assign to your shop and foraging. You’ll see different items out for collecting during the day or night, along with different people to help during different times.

I played some of Kitch Witch at Game Con Canada, where I very much liked the idea and story behind the game. There isn’t a set release date, but for now, you can Wishlist the game on Steam.
