Here is the answer to today's Connections puzzle on Tuesday, 25th August:

• 🟨 Yellow: Surface-Level (Cosmetic, One-Dimensional, Skin-Deep, Superficial)
• 🟩 Green: Sci-Fi Phenomena (Hyperspace, Parallel Universe, Teleportation, Time Warp)
• 🟦 Blue: Stephen King Film Adaptations (Green Mile, Long Walk, Running Man, Shawshank Redemption)
• 🟪 Purple: Ending in Ice Cream Orders (Harlem Shake, Inside Scoop, Lickety-Split, Traffic Cone)

This puzzle took us from things that barely scratch the surface all the way to some of sci-fi's biggest mind benders. The yellow group focused on different ways to describe things lacking depth, while the green group honed in on those sci-fi ideas that bend the mind. Blue was all about Stephen King adaptations, which leads us to the purple group, that masterfully hid tasty snacks at the end of its words. Now I'm hungry!
