Here is the answer to today's Connections puzzle on Friday, 7th August:

• 🟨 Yellow: Components of a Candle (Fragrance, Jar, Wax, Wick)
• 🟩 Green: Cold Things (Liquid Nitrogen, Refrigerator, Snow, Sundae)
• 🟦 Blue: Parts of an Elevator (Buttons, Cables, Motor, Shaft)
• 🟪 Purple: Starting with Male Animals (Buckyball, Jackpot, Rambo, Tomatillo)

And it's official! You've successfully conquered the August 7th Connections puzzle. It was a tough one, too. Yellow tested your knowledge on candles, a common yet overlooked household item, while the green group focused on chilly things. The blue group stood out like a sore thumb for me, but unfortunately, I can't say the same for the purple group. The process of elimination is my secret Connections weapon.
