Julien Du Casse

Julien Du Casse's portrait is the first you'll find around coordinates 827, 443, and is accessible near the entrance of Great Inagua manor. Pick it up during the quest A Single Madman at the end of Sequence 3, or go back to the manor any time after finishing This Old Cove to take it.

Laurens Prins

You can get Laurens Prins' portrait at 594, 174 in Prins' Kingston manor. There's an open window that leads directly to the portrait on the right side of the house. This portrait is accessible after reaching the mission Unmanned, which is in Sequence 5.

Commodore Chamberlaine

Commodore Chamberlaine's portrait is at 589, 757 below the western Viewpoint in Nassau. Access the second floor of the house either from the ground ladder or by dropping down onto it from the Viewpoint. Right above the front door of the house is an open window leading to the room with the portrait. Note that you'll be able to access this house after Commodore Eighty-Sixed, which is in Sequence 7.

Blackbeard

Complete the side quest Blackbeard's Treasure (which becomes available during the Do Not Go Gentle quest of Sequence 8) to find a map that leads to Anotto Bay, and ultimately this portrait. Our treasure map locations guide has the full info on grabbing this one.

Stede Bonnet

Complete the side quest Captain Stede Bonnet (which becomes available after finishing the quest Marooned during Sequence 8) to obtain this portrait. The side quest becomes available after you return to the Great Inagua manor and grab the letter in the Trophy Room, and it ultimately takes you to the approximate coordinates 910, 123. Part of the quest is hanging the portrait back in Great Inagua, so don't worry about not being able to find it.

Ben Hornigold

Ben Hornigold's portrait can be found at 191, 223 during the mission Murder and Mayhem, which is part of Sequence 10. This mission involves destroying Hornigold's ship, which crashes in Santanillas. The portrait is located on the wreck in the north-east section of the island, near the entrance to Hornigold's cabin.

Robert Maynard

Robert Maynard's portrait is in front of a Port Royal church at 602, 134, and can be found after finishing the A World Without Gold side quest, which becomes available after you complete ...Everything is Permitted in Sequence 11.

Woodes Rogers

Woodes Rogers' portrait is hanging in his Kingston manor at 618, 171 and can be found by the time you reach the quest A Governor No Longer, during Sequence 12. You can find the portrait in the hallway to the right of the manor entrance.

Bartholomew Roberts

You can grab Bartholomew Roberts' portrait at 113, 20 after visiting Príncipe during Royal Misfortune, which is in Sequence 12. It's in the northern part of town under a tent.

Laureano de Torres

Laureano de Torres' portrait can be found at 224, 595 after reaching the quest Tainted Blood, which is near the end of Sequence 12. Check the Castillo de la Real Fuerza in the north-east of Havana to find it in a room with a chest; you'll be able to access this room via an open window.

El Tiburon

El Tiburon's portrait becomes available at the same time as Laureano de Torres' portrait, also after reaching the Tainted Blood quest in Sequence 12. Go to 204, 608 in Havana and enter the fort through the window to find it hanging in a room with a cannon.

If you hang all 11 Character Portraits in your manor in Great Inagua, you'll receive the following rewards:
- The Fortune: A legendary cutlass that deals 20 damage, allows for 3 max takedowns, and can hit multiple enemies in an arc with a Heavy Strike. Each kill with a Heavy Strike gives you some Reales.
- Haytham Kenway's Overcoat: A legendary outfit that Edward's son Haytham would later wear. If you want to know more about Haytham, you've got to play Assassin's Creed III!
